data modeling training

I thought i would post this here.
not necessarily a SQL question. but kinda related.
Can someone recomend a good data modeling book?
Good for beginners.

One that I think is good for beginners yet pretty thorough,
easy to read is Designing Relational Database Systems by
Rebecca Riordan. It's an MS Press book.
