Hi,
I would like to know how much data is being mirrored during 24H. I am using
asynchronous mirroring at the moment. I can sort of estimate this by the
stats I get from the mirroring monitor. I am also checking the actual size of
the log and how much it will increase but I am not 100% sure I will get the
correct result.
Is there any way to know how much data was sent to a specific port number.
There are plenty of indicators within performance monitor for SQL Server but
can't see something specific for what I need. Thanks.
Panos.
Hi Panos,
I'm not a mirroring guy, but how about using the Receives/sec counter of
SQLServer:Database Mirroring?

|||mmm that only gives me b/sec. Ideally I am looking for a file size. If it can
accurately say how many bytes were sent per second it may work. I will test
it though, thanks.
