Data Providers Gone Missing

Our server has been upgraded to W/2003 and SQLSP3 has just been applied, and
also the Progress client utilities have been un-installed/re-installed. Now I
cannot create a linked server because the data providers have all
disappeared. I don't know which of the above has caused this, but does
anyone know how to get them back? I can see them all in the registry. Should
we try re-applying SP3?
Just for the record, I managed to fix this one. Seems the W2000->2003
upgrade did not update the oledb32.dll file from 2.71 to 2.8. Copied over
the correct version and all working again now.
Another effect of this was the following error when running DTS wizard:-
"The procedure entry point GetTextExtentPointI could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."
Thanks to the following page for pointing me in the right direction:-

Unfortunately the KB article this refers to is no longer available.
