Data is still corrupted with hotfix 840987on Windows Server 2003

looking for high level ideas on this.
We are running SQL Server 2000 sp3a on a Window Server 2003 box with 8
gig memory and the /pae switch enabled.
Applied the 840987 hot fix but still getting corrupted data problems in
SQL Server.
Rebooting the server will correct the problem but need to know what
else to do.
I replied to your previous message..

I replied to you above, re-posting it again here:
I think that problem is discussed in this KB article.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827714
I'm also having the same problem, sometimes daily, sometimes I go nearly a
week without it. It is *supposed* to be fixed in SQL 2000 SP4, which is
still in beta nearly 4 months later!!! WHEN is MS going to release it? I
just had to rebuild AGAIN for about the 100th time!
